The User Functions menu provides a set of miscellaneous procedures that are not recognized as peculiar to any other application module.

Naturally, availability of these functions is governed by security settings set for the logged on user.

Functions

  • Change printer assigned to any specific type of document.
  • Change personal log-on or supervisor passwords (if applicable).
  • Display users currently logged on to system.
  • Run a database Procedure.
  • This function permits user to run an external procedure that performs a specific task on the active database. This type of task is usually one not available through the Sabre-automotive application software.
  • Run the Progress Report Builder©.

Provided that this report-writer tool is installed on the workstation and access permissions are affirmative, this option allows user to create ad hoc reports as required.
